Very nice property to spend time with family and friends. Location is good and easily accessible within city limits.

Pool was not clean. Room was not great for the money I paid for. Not more options for the food. Over all the price per night was very expensive for that hotel.

First of all it’s not a resort and have rooms with attached common pool. There is nothing else. I have booked room only for the purpose to spend time in pool. Which I could not as it’s in terrible condition and not clean at all. Rooms are not good for the price you pay. I check out and didn’t feel like spending time here. Only good thing is staffs who have good attitude.

Our stay at the hotel was peaceful and refreshing, offering a quiet escape amid-st city traffic. The resort’s impressive swimming pool added to the experience, and the in-room amenities were enjoyable. The balcony’s well-designed sit-out area was a highlight. Manager ramesh gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful with arrangements. My son had a great time at the gaming arcade, which was available at a special discounted rate. The morning breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location makes it an excellent getaway within city limits. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The swimming pool is just a showpiece however with loads of derbies and insects in it. Dusty wardrobe ans stained curtains. In the evening they play too loud music in their conventional hall, the glass windows were vibrating. In the evening and night no one picks up the call from the house keeping and nothing is available as per the menu that they offer. The menu they offer is as per the menu they have for the event in the convention hall. Wifi doesn’t function.

The bathroom is disgusting and there are cockroaches everywhere. The swimming pool was in terrible condition. The hygiene is really bad.

The room, ambience, hygiene was all good, it was a good experience as we visited on weekends and there was no crowd. One thing that needs to be improved is food and its taste, but as they allow food from outside even it isn't a complaint.

There was lots of issues: 1. Pool was very dirty, even after asking multiple time, not cleaned. 2. There was no kettle or glasses in room. 3. Price of room was worthless. 4. Food price & water bottle price was too much (for 500ml water charged 75 rs) 5. Charged extra for gaming activities than what mentioned on pamphlet. I would suggest others to avoid visiting this place.

Pool is not at all clean, water problem dirty water in the tap, also after 8am there was no water at all in the bathroom even after informing by 11:30 they came to check the same very bad for that money we paid

Location very bad, totally untrained staff, property is big but very poor maintenance, no arrange for food. Mmt should not reccomond to any body

Staff is very good specially dilip kumar cares to much in each & every requirement. Food is good nice view from balcony

Rooms are clean they dint even change the bedsheet and the breakfast was very badd. Unhygienic taps and flush also was not working

Not clean, bathrooms are terrible, all the amenities are additional charge totally not worth the money. Pool had a cigarette pack floating.

It was a horrible experience it wasn’t easy to locate the hotel no direction signage. Tv was not working toilet flush wasn’t working shower was broken pool was dirty breakfast had only 1 items no options at all. Not at all worth of single rupee.

Good rooms with amazing view fmand access to pool from room but basics were missing shower wasn't working properly, only one litre water was provided per day. Toilet commode wast fixed properly it was very inconvenient to sit on toilet pot. I reached property at midnight and it was pitch dark with no signage to reach the property even property signage lights were off it was difficult to identify. Also within the property from reception to room 200 meters walk and we had to reach the room with the help of mobile torch light. Hotel staff couldn't fix the tata sky from my check in to check out. When asked about gst bill we don't have staff now will send it to you on what's app
