Super Collection O Manasi Residency

I had a comfortable stay at Super Collection O Manasi Residency, Bengaluru.

Very bad housekeeping staff. The night manager is very rude he doesn't even care about guests. Food is very expensive here even the water bottle is double the mrp price. The only plus point is its location.

Nice neat and clean hotel to stay in marathahalli, bangalore, also location is very reachable. Very near to hal.

I faced water shortages/plumbing issues during my stay. Even after informing hotel they did not fix it. I had to reach out to support team for resolution. Finally i had to cancel my stay for last day.

I had the worst experence of my life, i had a conference meeting which got delayed due to the traffice and i had to reach the hotel at 2 am and the hotel staffs behaviour was were rude and untolerable and they asked me to vacate in the middle of the night

It was a terrible stay, the hotel staff are very rude and they dont know to behave with people. On the support of the back end team i was allowed to stay other wise the hotel person was asking for extra money. The property is also not well maintained, the ac was not working first night.

The room is clean and nice and the food is also good. However the ac was not working for 2 days. They didn't give another room or reimbursed for that.

Too much bad experience staff are not good n not cooperative

Rooms are very good! the behaviour of staffs is very friendly. This hotel is located on the main raod and very near to bus stop. Its a good option for someone looking for a stay near marathahalli or hal.

No breakfast provide. In my booking i already paid for breakfast

They charged extra if you want early check-in, rather than regular check-in at 12 pm.

It's a good place surrounded by shopping places. You can stay here with out any doubt.
Overall experience was good. But there is some sort of construction work going on around. It's little bit noisy. But it has nothing to do with the hotel.

The service was slow. And the bed was not at all comfortable.

Horrible. Never book you in future. Bed sheets were used and dirty. Room was never cleaned in two days. Receptionist was polite but always decked requests to cleanliness and hygiene. I think OYO bookings are neglected at these hotels.

It was on the main road. It do have a restaurant and lift was working.
Good hotel and great value. Well maintained.

The hotel is near to main road and other shopping places. The staff is really dedicated.
