Hotel O Paradise Inn

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.

The Hotel is run by local goons. They were denying entry at first. Then started demanding more money. Once I called the customer care they allotted us a room. The room was not cleaned the blankets were used and they did not provide the bathing towel or soap even upon request. My family had to go through a terrific experience and we were scared for every minute we had to spend there. Please do have a check on the hotels you are listing on the website. Hotels like these shouldn't be on a reputed website like mmt.

Nothing is good in this hotel starting from facilities to the staff behavior. First impression during the check in is very bad. Staff is rude and disrespectful. No hot water available in this hotel. During checkout just for 1 hour late he demanded 300 rupees over phone. But when I checkout he was not there and the other staff didn't ask me anything about the money. After sometime the 1st guy called me again and started demanding money and threatening if I dont give he will do something. I would never go to this hotel again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst experience from staff

No drinking water. Charged for breakfast but not provided. No arrangement of tea even. Washbasin tap is not functioning.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Nice hotel to stay comfy bed, clean room, and good service. Had a relaxing stay without any issues.

they took from me extra ₹400₹ for AC. in toilets no flush working . no water . room not clean . worst pathetic

We face so much wired experience at time of booking they charge extra price for checkin after so much arguments they allowed us for check in. With so much wired looks and uncomfortable looks. Immediately we skip this property and book another hotel. So much unprofessional employee there.

The room was lovely, and the beds were cozy. Highly recommendable, my family and i spent a night at this hotel. The bathing facilities were excellent.

The overall stay at the hotel was relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. They also offered great views.

The service staff was so polite they listened to everything patiently had a great time. Totally loved it.

Really if you are looking for a home away from home then you must come here. The stay, furniture, services, etc. Is comfortable and enjoyable.

They taken me extra charge from the paid amount and also room is not soo good. Kindly pay back my extra charge as 1000 rs.

My stay is completely comfortable and pleasant. I love the rooms & ambience of hotel very much. The staff are very well disciplined send well mannered behavior. The atmosphere and surroundings of my room is completely cleaned. The maintenance is very very good. I would love to stay once again when i will be there at that location. I would like give a 10/10 rating of my stay in the hotel. The charges are very feasible.

The hotel had canceled a Pre-paid room without prior notification & double booked it
