It was my second time at this hotel. It’s just near to the place I had to visit. Bad breakfast. Cold food. Towel they provided was torn off and the bathroom condition was pathetic.

Good hotel, clean rooms. Don't expect 5star experience. The room is amicable for the price. I was a bit skeptical by looking at pics in mmt, the not so bright rooms. But it's fine, not that dark. Best part is the staff, very good behavior. Especially Jeremaias, always similing. Staff behavior can make of break your stay especially if you are traveling alone. Hope the hotel pays them well. So overall quite good experience. Good location as well.

It was a nice and comfy stay at the hotel. Icon has a chain of properties in Bengaluru, and this one was proximal to my workplace. Also, this was the third time, I chose the hotel for my stay as it is pure value for money. Breakfast was good, and my room was cleaned everyday. A special shoutout for Jyoti Chetri. He was kind, empathetic and helpful during my time at the property.
