disappointing experience – misleading room description! i booked a room expecting what was shown in the listing, but the actual room was completely different. nowhere did they mention that the room had no windows, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. the description was misleading, and the overall experience was disappointing. this kind of misrepresentation is unacceptable. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

ambiance is ok but service is also little bit ok and the stay where not nearby any stations or busstand

The room was worse than shown in the photos. Never honing to book this hotel again worst service, the space was work in progress and had all the noices coming in water facility was poor

There is no parking facilities. We paid extra for parking. Old model rooms. Bathrooms are not clean.

Poor hygiene with no supportive staff overall average staying. Toilet items were not kept. I have to ask for that

Worst rooms, bathrooms were not at all good, no proper maintenance, property was not at all good as shown in the pictures, overall it’s a terrific experience to be here. I didn’t got any pictures there

Rooms are good and neat travel-led as 10 members. 5 rooms booked but in one room bulbs got fluctuate. Staffs are good and helping. Nice place to stay

Room were good, desk person also helpful we enter late night still was attended quickly beds and pillow also clean enough

They did not allot me the 2 bed room, they said the rooms are unavailable and they gave us small 1 bed rooms which are congested and not worth for our mone

The location is very near to the majestic bus stand and the stay at the hotel is worth the money. The room was very clean at the time of check in. The one thing i didn't like is the hot water only comes for 2 hours in the morning. The staff was friendly and can speak other languages.

He asked for extra money and took 500 extra from my staff. He forced to pay there and thr. Please take action against it

Make my trip charged extra and provided bad room. Hot water should be available on request. Bugs bite were there in the night.

Mineral water not available only normal local water available for drinking at common area. Hot water not available during 24 hrs. Available from 9 am to some hour. Not at evening time or morning or night. Shower not available at bath room at luxury triple room. Rest ok

Very worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. No proper maintenance, door getting stuck, very congested rooms, lot mosquito in rooms and hotel. Very bad experience. Please avoid booking in this hotel
