Big rooms and comfortable stay. Staff was friendly. Location is good. The washroom seemed a bit run down. But for the price the room was really worth it

careful with this hotel
Booked the hotel based on seeing the reviews , but was totally disappointed , the rooms were untidy and there was no proper response from the reception also . Badly maintained premises

Poor Stay
soloI booked this hotel looking at it’s rating. I think it is overrated. Unprofessional staffs who gave me room and key of already occupied room on an other floor and never bothered to acknowledge their mistake with a simple sorry. Also the coffee kettle was not working in the room and when I requested coffee at reception they said kitchen is closed not because it was closed but because they did not hv the courtesy. So really unprofessional staffs managing an otherwise okay property.

coupleGot an upgrade to a suite. Room was great and comfortable. Had asked for morning coffee at 6 am which was promised but-not delivered. Else it was good.

I recently stayed in this hotel, and here’s my experience: cleanliness: the room was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens and well-maintained furniture. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and i felt comfortable throughout my stay. Comfort: the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were just the right level of support. The room temperature was easy to control, and i had no issues sleeping. I also appreciated the cozy ambiance and tasteful decor. Amenities: the room was well-equipped, with all the essentials, including a coffee machine, high-speed wi-fi, and a flat-screen tv. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries, and i was pleased with the abundance of towels provided.

coupleI had a great experience during my stay! The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and modern décor that made it feel very welcoming. It was equipped with all the essentials, including a flat-screen TV, reliable Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and ample charging points, which was convenient for both work and relaxation.
