bathrooms and pool in the room was not upto the mark for the price we pay. could have been more hygienic and clean. Room also had lot of webs, which needs cleaning from time to time.

such a pathetic resort with ample amount of issues no water in taps , broken tap , no warm gesture towards the guest , terrible & over expensive food will make your day even worst please avoid this resort for night stays very poor & pathetic experience & when I raised the issues they were OK with sorry 😐 please avoid this resort , thank you

The room shown while booking is different when alloted. The booking shows bath tub etc but the room didn't had cupboards, forget, not hangers total waste of money, we are totally fooled.please do not repeat the same

I recently stayed at this resort and had a good overall experience. The King’s Suite was unique and well-designed, though the cold, wet weather limited our use of the private pool and lawn area. The bathroom, while modern, had a glass enclosure that felt a bit uncomfortable, especially with the nearby construction raising privacy concerns—adding a more covered design would be a great improvement. The resort is well-maintained, with a lovely lawn where my daughter enjoyed playing. The Botanica Restaurant was a highlight—renovated with an impressive retractable roof at night and delicious food. The resort also offers plenty of indoor and outdoor activities: small basketball hoop, swings, badminton, pool, carrom, chess, and table tennis. The only downside was early morning construction noise that made sleeping difficult. Overall, a great stay with excellent amenities, memorable dining, and unique experiences.

The room was good but due to the apartment constructions around the property it was noisy. Also there was not much privacy for the private pool. The food ordto the room was good but the complimentary tea and breakfast was bad. There was a team outing who were making too much noise early morning due to which we could not get good sleep. and when mentioned this in the reception they said they couldn't help it.

I recently stayed in Holiday Village, Bangalore for 2 nights, and my experience was overall okay. One of the highlights of my stay was Botanica, the onsite restaurant. The food was delicious, the vibe was great, and the service was attentive, not to mention that they aired live sports like the IPL, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. However, there were several areas that need improvement. The WiFi was very slow, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, I encountered some mosquitoes in my room, which was quite bothersome. There was also an issue with the door of the king's suite I stayed in; it didn't lock properly, raising some safety concerns. Lastly, the location was a bit tricky since taxi drivers had a hard time locating it, which added some inconvenience to my travels. Overall, while there were some fantastic aspects to my stay, addressing these issues would certainly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Village Resort, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The room was in poor condition, nothing like what I expected. It was uncomfortable and lacked basic cleanliness. The bathroom was especially bad – it was not clean at all, which was very off-putting. Although the pictures online look beautiful, in reality, the property is not well-maintained and severely lacks basic hygiene. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

Resort and ambience were great. The room I was given were much below expectations. The walls were thin (could hear a baby crying in the other room) and half of one wall was curtained see through glass adjacent to the corridor - very questionable design. On top of all of this, there was no water pressure on the morning I was supposed to check out and the toilet flush was also not working which delayed checkout for quite some time. While the staff provided prompt assistance, this is a non-negotiable item in any accommodation I'd stay in.
