Review Of Seasons Suites Koramangala

I stayed at Season Suites, Koramangala, for 2 nights and paid —and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I chose this place based on what was shown on , expecting a “luxury stay.” What I got instead was a filthy, broken-down, and mismanaged property that doesn't even qualify as a budget lodge. My high expectations . This hotel is a joke. It’s clear they don’t care about guest experience at all. I’ve stayed in cleaner and more functional budget lodges for less than half the price. This was a complete waste ,

Room was very good... except the ceiling fan issue (it was shaking). despite informing the problem was not addressed . on the whole it was comfortable stay

Not well maintained. Switches and lights are not working. Water leaking in roof of the bath room. Small tiny insects like Cockroaches seen. Bed sheets not very clean. Stinking smell also coming. No food in the property. No proper staff in the reception counter in the mornings.

It was an awful experience. From basic amenities like provision of a clean kettle, lift service to nuisance on the floor, no issues were addressed by the management. After the tolerance limit exceeded, we had to call the police to address the issue of loud music and noise in nearby room around 2 am.

hospitality and cleanliness was good...rooms were very spacious and good..they have a separate non smoking rooms that was really good

No food, or any amenities. Price is too high for the ordinary looking room. Hope you list better hotels

No cleaners , various noises in the property and no logistics provided(towel and other) and maintenance is also poor

Room and amenities are very good. however room service is not upto the mark. location is also good.

Room service was good but had a worst experience with the receptionist i had to pay 1500 more to upgrade the room
