Review Of Blupetal - A Business Hotel

Difficult to find the hotel. It’s a small place. No frills. Food is decent. Checkout took time. Just one desk. Also rooms are tiny.

Royal suite excellent stay.. And best location for nightlife people..Overall satisgied with their services

The room was ok. But when I had my breakfast and returned to my room I found a house keeping member in my room. He had no business being inside an occupied room. I was due for checkout later in the afternoon. So his presence in my room raised an eyebrow. When questioned he said he was too told to prepare the room for the next guest . How ridiculous is that. It’s 8am in the morning. How can you prepare the room for the next guest when the room is still occupied. Very disappointed. I complained to the receptionist and asked to speak to the manager who wasn’t available at that time. Very bad experience

My wife and I had a pleasent and comfortable 5 night stay at Blupetal hotel. The room and the bathroom are very well maintained and well appointed with all the comforts one expects. The property is right in the middle of the happening area of Koramangala. The staff were very prompt and helpful in their service. However I found their in-house menu rather expensive. But we didn't have any issues since there is a wide variety of eateries nearby. Overall, highly recommended to all My wife and I had a pleasent and comfortable 5 night stay at Blupetal hotel. Location & Food was good, from a pov of being in the heart of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Only drawback was the smoking rooms were not well insulated for noise and could hear the banging music from the nearby clubs. They need some improvements in the bathroom for odor control and better ironing boards & iron. Tip: Will take the non-smoking room next time, as they face the road and away from the club music.

My stay at Blu Petal Hotel Koramangala is as great as always. Their staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is top notch and so is the room service. Great place for family and is highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, the breakfast buffet is good and staffs are also helpful.

I checked in on the 8th dc for one night and the ac was not working at all. Complained few times and the room service could not rectify it. He said the maintenance team did it in the noon again showing complaint. At last they gave me a pedestral fan. It was a horrible night as the room doesn't have an option for ventilation.

The quality of breakfast was very average. No room cleaning. In the 4 days i stayed they didn’t provide me with drinking water on 2, despite me asking for it on the reception
