Disappointing Stay Experience
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hygiene standards were unacceptable—cockroaches were everywhere. There was no staff available to assist, and basic amenities like soap, toothbrush, shampoo, toothpaste, and towels were only provided after repeated requests. It felt like guests were expected to fend for themselves. The only positive aspect was the restaurant staff, who were polite and professional. Unfortunately, that alone couldn’t make up for the overall poor service and lack of cleanliness.

Excellent Stay
Staff were very helpful...since we had rushed to see our ailing daughter. Rooms were clean but requires change of sheets and linen. They are clean but very old. Accessibility is a big issue. Since we were confined to the room only...we didn't feel the problem.

The property is good but maintenance is very poor, the bed was not that clean, towels were deity , Tv was not working, WiFi networks are very poor , no network in rooms. overall very poor

worst experience
The hotel lift and lobby smells very bad it was smell of tambaku or supari by the hotel staff they didn’t even provided water and the breakfast was always cold. Please take strict action

hotel is awesome in this budget specially the staff and cooperation ....in morning they served idli dosa ..it was tasty and good quality...also their a juice shop beside it you can have fries snadwich and what not everything is there .....plus a bakery is there on the same road it was so good ...had great time there

The location is very friendly and covered by residents which is safe as we two girls stayed. Service was very good and staffs were polite. Food (complimentary breakfast) was also tasty. Overall very good stay.

A pleasant sta
The hotel is located in a residential area. I booked a deluxe room. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Toilet also very clean and spacious. Services was also good. Attendent boys were wonderful. No resturant. Morning breakfast was simple and they get it from outside.

decent stay at the hotel
one of the good hotel in Diddathogguru and celebrity layout surrounding. Overall a great stay. Stayed there for 4 days and their breakfast was average.. though u have small food joints in a walkable area. U have to park on the road.. no dedicated closed parking area..
