The ground staff are courteous, but the manager’s behavior has been consistently dismissive and unprofessional.
When I arrived from out of town, I was informed only after reaching that I had to move to a different location. Despite having just traveled, I wasn’t even offered the basic courtesy of a place to change or freshen up. I had to ask for it explicitly, and only then was it arranged. The entire process caused me to miss a scheduled meeting.
Today again, the heater wasn’t working. I couldn’t reach any staff for assistance, and as a result, missed another meeting. On top of that, the fan in the room is extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest or focus. The manager didn’t acknowledge any of these issues. In fact, his response was essentially, “We don’t need your business. Cancel all future reservations.”
This level of disregard for guest comfort and time is completely unacceptable.
