The rooms were clean and the stay was pleasant. The room staff were also well behaved and gave their best service. The food was also good.

Poor room maintenance _ charging pins are not working , on request intercom repaired after some time, no TV connected, told that going to connect it but not done. (only no network_ is displayed onTV screen till coming ) uncontrolled SMOKING smell including Room, Bed, Bedsheets, wardrobes, because of this my health get upset within 2 hours and went to nearby hospital . 450+ medicine totally 1200 around paid .🙄😢. My schedule is also hectic so I requested and changed my room in the evening. To see cockroaches 2,3 roaning here and there including wardrobe only breakfast no lunch dinner or tea. the other tie _up is verrry expensive..!. and not in time. But SOME STAFF are very sober , people are good.

Initial room given by hotel has some issue and asked to change the room and they immediately given another room . Room service and hospitality is good

I stayed in ac room one night. Room was kept clean and spacious enough for two of us. Restaurant section was not functioning except for complementary breakfast. However closeby Restaurants were available. We could manage.

Poor state of room as well as toilet. Ac vent pipe has been placed on toilet wall drip on floor from a height of around 2m due to that toilet is wet all the time. Toiletries are also not clean. Breakfast was terrible

We stayed at accord for a day and a half. We were really disappointed with breakfast (which we included) with the stay). All we were served was idly, 1 wada each and poha) very minimal options. The room was near but lacked sanitization a little in washroom. No toothbrush/toothpaste we had to order them seperately. Choose this only if you have an interview at vfs as its just 1 min walk.

Worst breakfast, There were insects on the bed also they didn’t allowed my colleague to meet me inside the room

Room was not clean, staff was not responsive and even after room cleaning instructions it was not cleaned

I have found this property through make my trip application. Room is clean and good service is good. Food is very good and tasty. I love this property very much because its located near to gopalan cinemas

Affordable, comfortable and great stay close to gopalan mall, bannerughatta road. This is a good choice if you're travel-ling for visa processing to vfs office. Otherwise as well, stay is good, great service, clean rooms. The breakfast could be improved though.

After check out, waited for one hour to get my car out of parking as another car was blocking my way and no one in the hotel could identify whose car is it

the door key was not working.. had to always call someone to open up the door, better rooms are available at the same price, not satsified at all...
