Excellent Stay
It was really amazing experience over there!staff, reception well educated and good to interact with. Breakfast was delicious 👍 I would definitely recommend Gardenia to visit in your free time to spend some good time for. Thank you

Poor Stay
The person at the reception had no idea of the booking and the check-in was done after miltiple calls to the senior manager, who asked for booking amount etc which was quite unnecessary. Also even though the booking clearly mentioned breakfast included, the reception said they will have to check as he was not aware if they have breakfast which forced us to go out and eat. Rooms were shabby and without proper ventilation.
