I faced Pathetic and completely distress treatment while my Stay in Bangalore Grand continental Hotel (Airport). I am attaching few evidences for your kind reference. Neither I had got a good Bed to sleep and all 2 nights were uncomfortable for me to get into Sleep. Rooms were relatively small Their Buffet used to get vanished (I have attached empty vessels during my BF time when I reached the dining hall) even before 10 am (where as 10:30 is the cutoff time). I missed my Breakfasts back to back during my stay and I had to do it outside expensively whereas I had paid in advance for everything. Their Lights were not working hence I had been able to used them for my work. Their Gym were broken and machine's were not worth of using. Lift was extremely slow due to which I always had to used stairs while climbing down. Staff were clueless on asking any possibility or for Improvisation. Most unpleasant part were they didn't have quick response and neither they had done anything when I raised these concerns during my stay. Its not at all a stay in 3 star category. I have already raised everything on the call the moment I realised that I am wrong place I need to connect and request you here most urgently to refund my complete amount to my Wallet only against their casual attitude and no service delivered.

The hotel was not clean for their price .Bathroom wash basin and comord was too bad all with yellow stains. No proper towels. Food was too bad. We ordered grilled chicken but it was full with vegetables and mayonese we could not found chicken only in that.. price was too high

It's an ordinary hotel with a big name, the Washroom is not up to the mark, the bed sides are likely to cause injury with a slight hint of horizontal movement as the bed sides are of sharp edges. the washbasin depth, the improper frontal positioning of toilet cavity etc everything leaves a bad impression while using them. Rooms are of small size, but then they also correspond to their room pricing. The restaurant, however, is reasonably good.
