This is the room which i stayed for 9 days

I stayed at this hotel last Sunday, and the experience was very disappointing. The room had no AC facility, the bed was of very poor quality, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The room also had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bedsheets were not clean. I booked this room through MakeMyTrip, where the photos shown looked very good, but in reality, the room did not match those pictures at all. The images on the site are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition. I paid, but the room was not worth the money. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room is not good.. Room is not clean .. service bhe khrb hai Bus photo may acha hai reality may sb opposite Sb floor pe pani . Its to dirty ... Hygiene billkul nhi hai washroom bhe bhut gnda. Call bhe receive nhi kiya .

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-furnished, with a nice view of the city. The staff were very polite and helpful, always ready with a nice smile. The food at the in-house restaurant was tasty and served in a nice ambiance. The location is also nice, close to key attractions and transport hubs. Housekeeping was timely and efficient, which added to the overall nice experience. The Wi-Fi speed was decent, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, it’s a nice place to relax, and I would gladly come again.

In the facilities section In your app you mentioned that AC is available, good bed I will be getting but there is no AC and the staff behaviour is terrible

No towels , no iron box , health faucet was not working .. no housekeeping .. staffs were not responding
