bedsheet was stained and torn. Pillow covers were very dirty and smelled. Bathroom ceiling was damaged as can fall anytime. rude staffs , didn't even consider changing the bedsheets or room

The hotel is totally not clean or neat. The rooms are ok ok. Cooridors and lifts are not clean. If it’s all clean it will be a better

I was the worst stay i have ever had. I was given a room on the ground floor. The receptionist played loud music all night due to which i couldn't sleep. Apart from that i stayed for five days and i was expecting room cleaning everyday but there was nothing as such. I opened the drawer and there were cockroaches. The telephone was not working due to which i couldn't call room service. Worst.. wish i could give a negative rating

The service was good. My room had many cockroaches. Had to request the staff since 6-7 cockroaches or more were present in the room. The room is big, location is next to Garudacharpalya metro station.

the hotel service and reception person was very rude and not supportive. there was not towel, toiletry kit provided in the room. they charged for early check. don't go with this hotel. the hotel staff iare very irresponsible

The most bad experience I had ever in my hotel experience. The receptionists are gold diggers and non cooperative. They behaved like local gundas, making their own rules and speaking bad words. Iam never recommending the hotel.
