The room is not clean. , the bathroom kit and washroom are not clean , bad bugs in the room

Horrible hotel! I did not stay here even for 5 mins. As soon as I entered the room, I saw cockroaches running around, even on bed. Asked to change the room, and same thing in other room. Went to reception and saw a big rat behind the counter. Food stains everywhere, bad smell, you name it, it’s there! Booked a different hotel right away and left, have asked for refund on my stay I reached hotel at midnight, should be running behind cockroaches and rats for pics proof? Horrible!

I was the worst stay i have ever had. I was given a room on the ground floor. The receptionist played loud music all night due to which i couldn't sleep. Apart from that i stayed for five days and i was expecting room cleaning everyday but there was nothing as such. I opened the drawer and there were cockroaches. The telephone was not working due to which i couldn't call room service. Worst.. wish i could give a negative rating

The service was good. My room had many cockroaches. Had to request the staff since 6-7 cockroaches or more were present in the room. The room is big, location is next to Garudacharpalya metro station.

excellent location, clean large room, clean bathroom. kettle but no tea/coffee packets. no complimentary bottled water. car parking is in basement and very congested and dingy looking. idela for 1 to 2 nights.

the hotel service and reception person was very rude and not supportive. there was not towel, toiletry kit provided in the room. they charged for early check. don't go with this hotel. the hotel staff iare very irresponsible

The most bad experience I had ever in my hotel experience. The receptionists are gold diggers and non cooperative. They behaved like local gundas, making their own rules and speaking bad words. Iam never recommending the hotel.
