We checked into the Hotel Treebo Zion on 14th November 2024 and our booking was for 4 N and 5 days. when we reached the hotel we found the room well maintained. but the room service of hotel was pathetic. No kitchen was available in the hotel hence there was no option left other than ordering outside food from Zomato / swiggy. complementary breakfasts were served everyday but the most painful thing was same menu on daily basis. No egg options were available however same was mentioned in predefined food menu which was set by Treebo. if you reach the dinning hall by 9.30, most of the food tray was remain vacant. ( such as Upma, sambar, coconut chutney). As we were busy for the day, I used to ask for fresh bed sheet only at night ( no housekeeping service was requested) but they just refused to provide as there was no extra bed sheet was available 😇. moreover during check out one bed sheet was found damaged ( my 4 years old kid has put some colours on the bed sheet erroneously). They have asked for fine of INR 300 from me as damage cost as they have claimed that bed sheet would not be usable further. I agreed to pay the fine and asked the receptionist to return back the bedsheet as it was not in reusable condition,they just denied and asked for more money to hand over the bedsheet. Moreover , they have not provided any bill invoice against the payment of INR 300 (Penalty fees). In a nutshell, huge scope of improvement are still there in terms of Customer service. will not recommend this hotel to anyone for sure.
