One of the waste hotels in Bangalore Rajajinagar, I was shocked when I reached the room , fan is not working , AC not working, no tv , not at all cleaned the room . already paid but waste of money

1. They did not have AC rooms . The room offered had leaky bathroom. There was no board of hotel name out side the premise. It was big let down. 2. I had to call the customer service who changed to other Hotel of same group (Super O)

It was so bad I couldn't even begin to express myself to stay there for more than a couple of hours. The tap was broken, AC is just for a show, bedding was poor. Overall, everything was bad.

This is worst hotel and not good service and not working ac fan, room is very smell totally bad experience
