The stay was ok. Room was also fine, the lift operation can be improved as it was very slow. Drinking water is a problem in this hotel as there is only one dispenser which is placed on 5th floor and is empty most of the time. The placement of the dispenser is also not in a very hygienic place. The hotel can have dispenser in each floor and water level checked frequently. The breakfast is not at all good. There are just 2 options each day either Idli, Upma or Rice, poori. The service is also very slow and the buffet doesn't get refilled on time. The simple tea is also served cold everyday.

Poor Stay
The room appears good but there is no room service, even the room cleaning is done if you request for 2-3 time. The complimentary breakfast is horrible. Even the tea was over

Average Stay
Location wise it's good. Food was from an adjacent restaurant, not owned by the hotel, and it was quite average. What I did not like was that everytime you have to ask for your complimentary water bottle, as well as the tea coffee sachets. They did not provide dental kit etc, only thing available in the washroom was body wash and hand wash. And I was told that they provide these only when you ask for them.

Average Stay
The room was clean; however, the temperature of the air conditioning in the room was set at 24 degrees by default. One could not change it. I didn't like that. The breakfast was average. The staff is unfriendly.

1. Hotel food is not tasty and very hard roti is served at night . 2. A clean room and other facilities were available in the room. 3. slippers facility should be there.

Clean and well maintained room. Bathroom was clean, but looked like a normal home bathroom. Well behaved and courteous staff. The food was poor.

familyIdeal location for my meeting was happening in that part of electronic city. Small building, property is clean, well appointed rooms, staff was bery courteous and cooperative. Beakfast was basic but good enough over all a good experience

Excellent Stay
familyThe reception staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean with fresh spread. They also have morning buffet breakfast which has a reasonable spread for the rent they take.

Good Stay
Stayed with family for 3 days. Good location, neat and clean rooms, courageous staff will recommend. Negetive- we had to remind them each day to refill the water, coffee powder etc. They will do it immediately if we remind them once which is very positive.

Comfortable and satisfying experience
businessIt's my second stay at treebo trend yc grand, first along with my family and this time for an official pupose. I stayed for one week this time. The property is close to many of the firms in electronic city phase1. Neat and clean rooms and wash rooms are a highlight. The location is very calm, but in the city itself. Two good veg restaurants, ab and balaji are very near by. Every every aspect of the stay was top-notch.
