room cleanned but bed not cleaned properly. bedsheet and pillow cover not replaced . TV settop box not recharged

It was a pleasant staying there. The locality is really good and connectivity to the bus and metro makes the stay even better. The hotel is really clean and beautiful, the rooms were also spacious and nice. The staffs were helpful, room service was also excellent.

Stay was not good at all. The washroom wasn't cleaned. Water wasn't coming in the washroom, we had to ask to change room. The other room given also was not great, we had booked and had no choice so we stayed. There was smoking smell all over the room.

Not like before

The property is in a good location and the rooms are spacious, but the overall service is quite average. The rooms are not well-maintained — the TV appears to be just for show, as the remotes don’t work at all. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow and almost unusable most of the time. The most disappointing part of my stay was the breakfast service. I stayed for 4 nights and specifically chose the option with breakfast included, paying extra for it. However, when I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, the staff handed me a limited menu and told me I could only order one dish and either tea or coffee — not both. I’ve never experienced such poor service before, especially after paying for a proper breakfast package. It was quite uncomfortable and disappointing. pls remove the breakfast option from the booking plan that does not fit the breakfast plan you offer .

Hotel staff is good the amenities and cleanliness of the room are soo good, i surely recommend if you are staying near kadugodi metro station

Room lobby lift washroom dirty and smelling. Mosquito everywhere. Terrible experience, not recommended at all

The rooms were not so clean and the washroom are also not clean plus some smell was there. Food service was way too slow and poor. Not so professional staff. Disappointed with the stay

No Cleaning Everyday After informing Also nobody attending. Rooms are good, in rest room flushes are not working properly, hand showers not working.

Room Ac is not properly working, door key s not working stating server issue, food billing is something different and consumed my energy in explaining every time. Overall bad experience.

The room was average there were cockroaches in the bathroom the mattress spring was not good as it was hurting while sleeping.

The stay was quite comfortable. excellent location & very reasonably priced room. the food menu was quite good. Big sized room with all amenities. my go to go place whenever visiting whitefield

This is not worth your money. The price is too high compared to their service. The towels were smelling awful and the receptionist won’t even pick your call. That reception guy doesn’t even talk or answer your questions properly. Very rude guy. Also, they are showing check out time as 12 pm in this app but receptionist called me and asked to leave before 11 am only. And upon asking, he didn’t care. Just said you have to leave before 11. The staff is rude and no service is given. Only hotel rooms are fine but that also they don’t clean properly. There are many better hotels available at cheaper prices ngl. Worst experience at this price

Hotel ambiance is good but the service is very bad even we didn’t get hot water and room service is very bad overall our stay was not so happy as we expected

Hey is was the 3rd time i was booking this property they stooped room service lack of staff delaying service front office is handling quite well but if you close service i don’t think it wort what you charged me

The customer service was really very bad, and the room flush was not working and we complained many time regarding this issues and they didn’t sorted it out, and one worker over there was very rude to my parents

It was bad experience as the rooms we stayed one flush was not working and in other they do not provide shampoo and conditioner in the washroom nor they have any holders and the ac was not working properly

Very nice hotel

The room was very good and had a great experience. Also staff were very nice and upto standard. Would like book in the same hotel if a need ever come.

Rooms are not in good condition, lots of mosquitoes, dryer was not working, dust in the room. Food coupons are provided.
