Good food and the facilities are super but the service is too slow and location is ok

Good hotel. Had a comfortable stay. Location was appropriate for me with easy access to cab, bus and train.

It's average day, the washroom was not clean well, old property at very crowded area , even the furniture’s are quite old

The hotel is conveniently located in the kr puram region, rooms are good in size and the upkeep is also good. Staff is supportive and helps with any requests too. The food is also good.

Rooms are extremely unhygienic, no toiletries given, food is stale. Fixtures don’t work, was forced to stay a night without a working ac. Staff is very rude, felt so uncomfortable that had to barricade the room before sleeping. Checked out the very next day. Don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.
