Review Of Hotel O PALMS INN ROOMS

Rooms are not like in the Photographs shown in the app, and the hotel location is quite offtown and scary and bed not cleaned 🥲.

This hotel is not comfortable for water supply and cleaning. Other wise performance electricity no problem and management communication is not good and uncomfortable for me but staff members are good.

The place is nice, and the seats are soft. Enjoyable and easygoing.

PLEASE AVOID THIS FACILITY! Worst experience ever! The room was maintained very poorly. The towel had multiple big stains on them. The location is underdeveloped with no proper road connection. I was looking for a quick stay and got swindled by this concern. No intercom, no lift and particularly NO LOCKS ON THE DOOR! That's right. So when you go outside, anybody can walk in and take your things! They don't even check who comes and goes. So anybody can enter your room with a twist of a knob! This has to be closed down 👎

I had worst experience in booking through make my trip. The hotel person not given check in due to booking amount is less. He asked rs. 1000 extra to give the rooms as per my booking. We are waited for 30 minutes. Customer care also not able to resolve. Finally we agreed to pay, then only rooms was offered to us. Make my trip cheated us by showed less amount while booking and we payed more amount while check in. It is very bad.
