The moment I entered, found a rat in the reception. Rooms are stinking. found cockroaches in the room. blanket smells bad. the alcohol and smoke smell is spread in the entire hotel due no ventilation.

No water tub, Dirty bedsheets and towels. They do not even provide soap and shampoo. disappointed service with high prices

No water on the wash room, Everytime you end up calling the reception for help. Inadequate staff, 1 staff who's available had to courtesy to manage quries.

The location is convenient for people working in EGL. The facilities need some upkeep. The comode lid had come off and kept as is. No dustbin in the room. There was no water a couple of times. I have stayed in the hotel 3-4 times and felt the experience degraded this time.

Review: The stay was average. There was no hot water, and a bucket was not provided. We booked a room for three, but there weren’t enough towels or soap. The towel provided was not clean enough. Suitable for a one-night stay, but not recommended for families. Let me know if you’d like any modifications!

Room was good. receptionist are responsive. Toilet seat door repaired. Car parking space issue. Overall the stay was okay.

This facility was badly affected with the following: - 1. Defective access system 2. Total unhygienic 3. Bathroom fittings are leaking 4. Uncleaned bedsheets and pillows 5. Sticky floors 6. No dressing table glass 7. Electric switches are defective 8. No attendant services 9. Breakfast is only their chef's choices not guest's 10. No complimentary amenities 11. Water is charging with double rate 12. Services are on repeated requests only. 13. Not flexible with guest's urgencies. Made a mistake by selecting this hotel. I moved out from there early

Location is ok no food service. For each service 100 u have to pay, no coffee or tea available, room was too smelly, no hygiene, complimentary breakfast is only bread and egg omlet only, it's not ideal for family staying. Overall, bad experiences. I booked for 3 days and had to check out within 2 days due to above. None of the staff are customer friendly

It was one the worst stays. The rooms were infested with cockroaches. The room initially given to me had cockroaches moving around almost everywhere including the bed. After complaining was moved to a different room, no cockroaches was seen at that time. Next day i gave the key for room service. When i am back the room was serviced but there were cockroaches on the bed. The service boys were reluctant to listen to anything and the arrogance they portrayed was beyond my imagination as they owned the place. This hotel is only suitable if you don't mind your room and just would like to stay in the filth.

Worst experience ever., one with breakfast & 1 without breakfast . Morning, I asked them for breakfast, they said we don't have any cafeteria service in our hotel. So they didn't provide breakfast to us, which we had already paid for. Pathetic service, I thought this is Townhouse, so it will be better than their regular OYO, but not it's more pathetic. our breakfast time is 7-8AM, they reached to our room also, but no, they lied & this is pathetic that they didn't offer any breakfast & they get paid for it. Worst service ever.

Stayed there for 3 nights due to work. Room was ok but they lack staffs. Most are inexperienced and inefficient, lack of promptness.

The hotel was peaceful and relaxing. It was a great choice for a quiet retreat.
