Cleaning and hospitality of Hotel was not good. Cockroach were found in the room table.

good location and clean rooms.

Breakfast is very bad. No flexibility for breakfast and limited dishes for breakfast which is not good.

Blanket was defrayed. I had to request for dental kit which was provided immediately. They did not promptly provided single tip of drinking water. I had to chase them at morning by several calls for drinking water which they provided after asking for. Front Desk was very polite but not accessible over call during 6:15 to 7 at morning. Rest of the things were good considering the price. Public Transport, Grocery Stores are just a few steps away from hotel. Good Cleanliness.

Very well maintained Neat and clean hotel room Service was upto the mark Location is good but not much suitable for those who are visiting for Christ University.

The stay was good and the staff were helping and well behaved with the customer. Overall comfortable stay. The room was neat and clean. Food was good and on time.

Very bad room bathroom also.The water is coming in very slowly. This is not the real problem.We had taken a complementary breakfast for around 250 rupees per person. But the hotel does not have a restaurant. The food voucher they gave us to eat at another hotel is worth only 160 rupees per person. If we eat more than that, we have to pay in cash. They do not even tell us that exactly. funniest thing is that they got 4 star rating

This place has a nice vibe..staffs are friendly..rooms are very neat and clean..and room size is pretty good..it’s very convenient for any travel/public transport..breakfast is really good…overall had a very pleasant stay and the property is well maintained!! opp metro station..it’s has nice parking spaces.

Didn’t get the bill, we need bill in urgent basis. Please provide the bill as soon as possible.

The washroom faucet was not working properly, the commode wasn't clean - this is considering money spent night

Ac is not working entire two days and very poor maintenance. Found cockroach's in the room. Wash room leakages.

No restaurant to start with. Ac in the room didn't work during my entire stay. Rooms were also not very clean

Stay service room and location all r good. Near to metro station which makes it more convenient. Only the price part was on a higher side. Rest our experience was good.

Seats are not comfortable. Ac vents not working properly. Rest stops are average.
