I find this property location via MakeMyTrip. Bathroom door lock not working. I took masala dosa for breakfast but it was not as expected.

Poor Stay
Hotel doesn't meet its needs as it is shown in its website. They mentioned that they have a Television but I didn't find one, when I enquired about it they mentioned that it is not available very simply. So I changed the hotel Very next day.

ok..with some issues
I recently stayed at this hotel and would rate it as an average experience. The rooms were clean and the staff was polite, but the frequent power cuts were a major inconvenience. Backup power was either delayed or inconsistent, affecting both air conditioning and lighting, especially at night. The location is convenient and the pricing reasonable, but the lack of reliable electricity made it hard to fully relax or get work done. If they improve their power backup system, this could be a much better place to stay. Until then, I’d recommend it only for short, low-maintenance visits.

Terrible Experience - Unsafe and Unpleasant Stay!
I recently stayed at ITSY , and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was in terrible condition, and I felt completely unsafe throughout my stay. First of all, the door didn’t lock properly. I could literally see daylight through the gap between the door and the frame, which made me incredibly uneasy. I called the front desk, and although they promised to send someone to fix it, no one ever showed up. The room was also filthy. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and there were stains all over the bed linens. To make matters worse, the bathroom was in even worse shape—there was mold growing in the shower, and the towel rack was falling off the wall. I also noticed a broken window that didn’t close all the way, leaving the room drafty and exposed to the outside. It felt like the room was barely secure, and I couldn’t wait to leave. I tried to raise my concerns with the management, but they were dismissive and offered no apology or compensation. It’s clear this place doesn’t care about its guests' safety or comfort. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. This hotel is unsafe, unclean, and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and would never recommend it to anyone.

Upon arrival, we inquired about lunch and dinner facilities, only to find out that there was no in-house restaurant. The allocated room had an air conditioner that was not functioning properly, with continuous water leakage. On request they changed our room. On the first day, the staff assured us that they would arrange breakfast in the morning or provide contact details for a nearby restaurant offering complimentary breakfast. However, the next day, when we followed up, they denied offering any breakfast service. Additionally, their breakfast timing was before 8 AM, which meant we couldn't avail of any breakfast facility. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and inconsistent communication made our stay unsatisfactory.

The air conditioner was not working and I had a sleepless night. when I complained about doing a service the same was not done as the AC service man was not available. I can't believe they did not repair and had a harrowing night. Cockroach in the room. cigarette smoke was entering through the bathroom window just couldn't sit

They’re not even providing GST invoice and saying that they don’t have any tie-up with MMT. How silly this is😂

The property is centrally located and has great access to bangalore's prominent areas. However the property rooms are damp, old and bad odour coming from bathroom/toilet. Rooms are only adequate for one person's stay.
