Your only motivation of staying in this place should be proximity to your place of work. that's it. Here's my first hand experience: • Day1 - hoped to get tea in the room - tried calling the restaurant- noone picks. Tried calling the reception - the person says he'll convey the message - nothing for the next 2 hours. And it's forgotten. • Day 2 - noticed there are cockroaches in the room, asked the receptionist if he could get a insect killer sprayed - nothing happened. No response and no apology or follow up. The overall vibe is sad and gloomy. The receptionist seems to be super unhappy with his job and is somehow sustaining. Food options are there but mostly it's cold or lukewarm. Room service does not exist. They seem to be still trying to bask on the glory of a 2022 MMT rating. It seems to be working.

The hotel is clean and has a calm ambience. Rooms were big with all the amenities mentioned. Really loved the complementary dinner and breakfast buffet. The staff are very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely choose this again.

The food was good. Only the room was odorous which they attended to quickly on request. The area is peaceful. Overall a good exp.

The service staff will spoil all your mood. Reception staff is total unpleasant waste, staff dont have any service attitude. Ambiance poor, dirty smell in reception & corridor. All staff are poor, try to keep one staff with experience please. Don't have any sense of hospitality.

I am giving this review after staying total 8 days, Staff behavior is very professional and helpful. The room was exquisite and impeccably maintained. Initially, the breakfast seemed plentiful and delightful for a one-day stay, but subsequent days revealed a lack of variety in the menu, with only minimal changes. Particularly disappointing were the parathas, which lacked freshness, and sandwiches often contained stale tomatoes. Additionally, I urge them to ensure the quality of the water bottles provided. Continuously refilling used bottles without sealing them means there's a risk of contamination from previous use. It's concerning to think that you might unknowingly drink water that someone else has already consumed, potentially exposing you to health hazards.This negligence in food and water hygiene is alarming and could potentially spread diseases. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone based on my unsatisfactory experience with the food and water quality. 😕

Stayed one day. Clean to with ac but zero service. Car parking is very small. No person to help in taking luggage to room. Very in experience reception staff.
