Room service could have been better. Water was dripping from ac and was not properly maintained.

Main issue was tap water. It is very stinky. Poor room service and not amenities as mentioned in MMT

Good and Heigne stay all local market and belonging available near by and Sankara hospital also near by

The hotel is excellent in this range, near the main road you can easily reach there via bus and auto or any other public transport. The cleaning is perfect and the room size is much bigger than i expected.

The property is good, the rooms are spacious. But coming to the staff part they are too horrible. Unprofessional staff. The two members at the reception don't know how to talk with customers. Non polite and rude behaviour . The whole day lift was not working . Water was coming out of AC, many more guests were also having the same issue. Management please change the staff otherwise very soon u will be a state to close the property.

Stayed here for a day. It was a Good experience overall.

It was very good. Staying here rooms were neat and clean. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the luxurious linens that made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was spotless and featured high-end toiletries that added a nice touch of indulgence to the stay.

Overall nice experience and awesome service. The washrooms and rooms were too much spacious and well maintained and cleaned. Looking forward for future stays as well.

i was expecting they would give me iron for ironing my shirts for office visit. they surprised me bu saying that they do not provide Iron even for 10 min to any guest. imagine a situation for a guest who is preparing for office meeting and they say this in morning. They have listed iron as amenities on make my trip but actually they dont have.
