The manager i talked to over the phone was very rude. I asked him if visitors are allowed for 15-20 minutes and he said no whereas the front desk boy said we can allow it for 800 inr. Whereas it's mentioned in mm t that visitors are allowed.

We booked for one night and gotten confirmation, and reached after check in time, but we were told that there were no rooms available. To compensate, they took us to a hotel opposite stank of cigarette smoke.

Rooms are good and clean at this price . But here I want to share one incident...We order breakfast and when the person came with breakfast just before that I opened the room's window and about to switched off the A.C but I opened the door first and the person saw that window is open and a.c is also switch on. He put his hand on his waist and started talking to us very rudely, I explained him that just now I opened the window and was about to switch off the a.c but he didn't listen and behave very badly. There staff really need to learn how to behave with their guest.

familyWe were welcomed by stoned receptionists, giving us an experience of disrespect. The facilities assured to us were not provided. It was such a wasted vibe that i couldn't ask my family to stay at this place. We checked out from this place without asking for a refund as another minute at this place would mean a torture.

Worst hotel experience

Shower was not working, ac was showing 18 but temperature must have been over 24. No channel was coming in tata sky. Complaint thrice and they said they fixed it but didn't. They were actually lying cause they didn't even try to fix. Wifi was too slow it took 1 min load anything. The hotel was actually costly and the service was too bad. Highly not recommended

I have stayed in few hotels around few countries, this one was the worst. The hotel stinks with foul smell. They don't change the water bottles, so stale water remains, sanitation process is to the dogs, overall they take guests for granted.
