Brigade suites refused to give us bed in their property after that we chased MakeMyTrip Trip people they had arranged a golden hotel, this hotel has no towels, soaps and we wasted 4 hours in this transaction.

I had booked the hotel with breakfast because it was that parking is there. When I reached, first they said we don’t have parking and when I said then why have u mentioned it then they made me park my park on road. In the morning I was told we have no breakfast.. I am sorry but the room they gave me first was very dirty, ac was leaking. When I requested to change room they shifted me to a room which was just dirty. I will never book it again.

Room-202 Very dirty bed sheets, towels, floor. Blankets, pillow. No telephone is working, no AC remote is there, washroom was horrible, no ventilation at all. Very bad experience. Booked with meal but owner denied to provide breakfasts. MMT needs to take action
