First of all, the entry of altruist hotel is extremely poor. The rooms are smelly, and although the staff always smiles, they are ineffective. I had to wait six hours to get wifi access. Additionally, the rooms have poor mobile connectivity. There is ongoing construction causing significant disturbance for guests. The towels are smelly, and the bedsheets appear to be used. It's best to avoid this hotel if you are planning to visit bangalore.

Poor Stay
I would like to give one or 2 out of 10 because of the ambience, the services and the location, overall it was a very bad experience because as per the fees or charge, the hotel and room was not appropriate and not up to the mark. It was untidy and it could come into the range of thousand to rs. 1200 per day for two persons. Thank you.

Terrible Stay
The stay was not as adequate as the other hotels of altruist chain are. Room service was not provided efficiently also the hotel is located at a messy area it was very difficult to locate the hotel.

The room was clean and sufficient space. Break fast was a limited options available but decent one feedback is that they need to work on basic room kit. Should include the basic amenities like tooth paste with the room kit

Location and amenities good. Good access to public transport and eateries since it is located on main road. Staff were also helpful polite. Breakfast provided was limited with good quality. Only one draw back. We couldn't locate the place initially since we came after midnight. Hotel staff did not pick up our calls when we tried to get their guidance. Since it mentions cafe coffee day as a landmark we had some trouble locating the place at night. The place is adjacent to pepi's pizza. There is a vacant plot in front of the hotel.
