Mystic Felicity Inn

During my recent stay, I noticed a few areas for improvement 1. The complimentary lunch/dinner was mentioned, but it wasn't clear that the menu was hotel-choice only, not buffet or guest-choice. 2. The rooms lacked essentials like slippers, irons, and kettles. 3. The floor was extremely dirty; walking without slippers would have left my feet dirty. 4. Housekeeping services seemed unavailable. However, the staff was courteous, and the rooms were well-maintained. To enhance the experience, consider clarifying menu details and providing basic amenities.

Good spacious room with a small balcony, Wardrobe, work table and a small bed table, Washroom was spacious however when I checked in there were no toiletries and it came the day after although i called up reception and told to bring the same day :) it is corporate stay and you have a dining table outside the room which is shared. I never used the room service after the delay for toiletries

excellent condition, feel like home and staff amazing . I recommend 100% and food is amazing. you can stay safety

Very basic and average stay for single travelers , ideal for overnight stays. AC doesn’t work properly

Stayed in felicity inn from 21st to 26th nova it's basically a small bed and breakfast facility. The rooms are small but neat. The housekeeping staff is obliging. The food menu is very limited. The tvs in the rooms don't work. Overall okay for the money.

Felicity inn is located in domlur - close to cbd but inside a narrow lane that leads to a dead end. It's a small inn - basically just a bed and breakfast joint. Hardly any amenities. The tv and the shower were not working in room no. 6 on the 1st floor where i stayed. The staff is lean & unobliging - hardly any food options except for the set lunch/dinner.

Worst service. They locked the gate before 12 am and when i reached there around 12:15 am mid night and no one opened the gate because of that i had to stay at some other place in the mid night. I have never seen such type of service before. Rooms are also very different from the images. Too congested.

Good for the solo or self sponsored business travellers room are tiny but enough for single. 2 persons can be squeezed in breakfast and dinner is good

It was good. No issues. The host was very helpful and accommodative. Will definitely come back again.

I enjoyed the whole atmosphere in surrounding this hotel it was really good and nice especially for those of your business trip you can prepare this one.

A nice stay with a clean room and bathroom. Reception is good and they treatment is good and breakfast is good with two items up-ma and pongal

Brief official stay. Comfortable room. Courteous staff. Had frequent power disruptions due to which my remote work got impacted. They had to shift me to another room. Geyser was working but not heating. So, i had to check out without bath. Staff were helpful and courteous. Management needs to ensure all amenities are in working condition including lighting, geyser, and uninterrupted power. But for these it is a good budget accommodation facility.

The staff response and the way receptionist talks is very bad and disrespectful.

Rooms, food, staff everything is good. Next time I am staying only in felicity while I am in Bangalore

There was no ac remote and hot water was not available and tv was not working. And charging switch was not right

towel, water not provided even after requesting. overall room experience was average ambience of the room was fantastic.. owner was rude felt uncomfortable staying there
