No break fast till 9:00 AM.. All other facilities are ok.

Rooms are very neat and clean basic amenities are provided, need to check on the AC's because the filters are blocked by the dust which is affecting coolness rest all is good for the price range worth it.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location is excellent — close to major attractions and easy to access. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Will definitely visit again!

Staff is very nice, good to talk . Everything is there staff is very good but the hotel has a , AC,FAN, TV Wi-Fi nothing is working.

Its a clean hotel. Justifies the rate as well. The staff is very cooperative and available 24x7. If you are new to domlur, this hotel is very near to egl.

The sheets were not clean. The lights are too dim. No wifi tv was not working. Food was good. The room had some smell.

I really enjoyed my stay at hotel serenity inn. The host was very accommodating even-though we checked in past 12 in the night. The room was very clean and well maintained. Hot water is available too. The locality is very nice and peaceful with good bus connectivity and plenty of food stalls nearby. Definitely think serenity inn will be my regular place if i ever need to stay out.

Extremely bad room service. Ac is leaking, plug points don't work, phone doesn't work

It was good place and staff was very corporate and and it was a comfortable stay they is an problem initially i have looked 2 to 3 room but in the room ac was not working to make it change again and changed room tv was not working but overall experience was good

The stay is good property is old school but maintain heart of the city everything is near. They need to upgrade the facilities to get more interact

I usually don’t write reviews, but after a worst experience for the first time i’m writing this review. 1) no mobile signal in the hotel, i couldn’t call my family or office and no one could contact me. It is like living in a jungle. C) wifi was not working. 3) tv channels were not available. 3) extremely rude staffs. 4) hotel tariff very expensive, but no amenities at all. I had booked for 2 days stay, but checked out in one day itself. Requested for refund but the staff were soo rude they didn’t return my money. It was the worst hotel i have stayed in my life.

Property location is very prime near to egl. Provided food is excellent, overall amenities are excellent. Services provided by staff (gopal and ranjan) are top. Especially the manager mr. Saeed is very polite, friendly and cooperative. Overall i enjoyed the stay and would recommend all to stay here.

Hotel is ok for one night

1. Walkable to egl 2. Clean bathroom with toiletries and geyser 3. Smart tv and internet 4. Didn't test the ac, fan was working 5. Room is part of 2bhk, so get a spacious living room with dining table as well 6. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room service is reasonably priced and food was good 7. Value for money. Simple house with all amenities. Ideal for short stays for those working in egl

Very good location and clean room. Staff was well mannered and very supportive. I enjoyed good food also. They have their own kitchen and overall the stay was very good and marched my expectations.
