I booked Hotel Urben Jade, on 27th August night around 9 PM time, for a stay of 27th-28th August 2025. It was automatically fall to the time 11 am to 5 pm on 27th, which is actually a past time and i wonder how this booking can happen. I informed this to the makemy trip team and they told they will check and to the reimbursement. But till jow no response or refund. I think it is a big scam in association with hotels. Going to move legally.

Terrible Stay
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The amenities provided were inadequate, the breakfast was poorly managed, and the room along with the washroom was in bad condition with several things broken. The overall maintenance of the property was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to others

not up to the mark
Room is not Clean and not up to the mark as shown in the pics. Could be far better than how it is currently.

Cockroaches were seen. Switches were broken. Cigarettes smell was present in the room. Pathetic condition

Decent stay
The room was good enough. There is ample room for 2 people, with two single cots. The bathroom is decent. The complementary breakfast was average.

Rooms were not good at all, it was not worth for what u r paying. No hot water, No bath kit. when asked they said use bath gel from the dispenser, but dispenser is not working. bathroom taps are not closing properly. to complain or any request No intercom in the room. it was a pathetic stay there

Treebo Suresha inn
I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The only good thing is its location—very close to the metro station and main road. Unfortunately, the stay was not pleasant. Hot water was available on just one of the four days. The bathroom had leaking taps, and the room wasn’t clean—there were cobwebs and dust. They mention free toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, but even after requesting, nothing was provided. Getting the complimentary water each day was also a hassle. Overall, apart from the location, there’s not much to appreciate here. I’ve stayed at other Treebo hotels in Indiranagar, and they were much better in terms of cleanliness and service.

Not recommended for long and night stay

Good Stay
Property was at prime location , but I was looking something better than OYO and be in budget ! Location is perfect everything from saloon to food to coffee shop just 100 steps away ! Front office guys need grooming and thought to take care of customer !

Poor Stay
We 8 peoples stayed in Suraksha inn for 6 days There wasn’t proper breakfast on time Bedspread was not changed until we checkout No dental kits toiletry was given No bath towels was changed Rooms were not cleaned well

Terrible Stay
Welcome was horrible. Room was dirty. Toilet was smelly and had half a cigarette infused in the toilet. Sink had reddish brown stains. Walls were molded. Bedsheets had oily stain. AC did not have remote. First they gave me a room with twin beds. When asked to change the room, they claim they can't unless i stay for more than 24hrs. Then when complained about all the above mentioned issues, then they changed, regardless the room was smelly, and did not have the choice but to stay. Next is breakfast. Concierge told meits till 10.30 am, and in the room ITS WRITTEN that its till 10.30 am. I went there by 10:02 and they refused food to me even if it was complimentary in my stay. Wasted. Completely horrible staff.

Good service
All was highly recommended food alongwith the services. Clean rooms no smell Bar is located on the ground floor, but no disturbance in the room.

businessRoom not good. Intercom, tv doesn't work. Staff not responsive. Took about 4 hours and multiple reminders to get 1 bottle of water and the tv working.
