It’s a scam - please avoid

False promises around providing cook (it’s mentioned while booking). Frequent power cuts without any resolution. Water was not available half the time. Washrooms were not clean. They have a big speaker for show. Common excuse that it stopped working the same morning. Owner promises a refund and then stops picking up calls. Half of your day goes out figuring how to get hold of the caretaker.

Greeting customer, as we can see most of the points mentioned are false. Power cuts are not in our control, Water is available 24/7 in the property. Our staff cleans the whole property every day before guest arrives. All the amenities are in functioning condition. We have clearly mentioned while booking it's a no refund policy! We have given refund to customers who have cancelled due to emergencies! Caretakers are on site 24/7 ready to help. Hopefully this cleared all the doubts, have a great day!
