Guys pls don't go in this hotel.... believe me the experience was terrible felt scared behaviour of the manager over there..... Really really bad never felt like this in any hotel they don't respect the guests at all.

The bed is very uncomfortable to us because they given a sigle bed for couples & the reciptionst will not responding correctly & also the hot water also not getting us we use a cold water for bathing & after that we getting a sick in that incident so totally we are not satisfied from this stay

the room size was amazing👏 cleanliness was upto the mark! we had ordered dahi kebab, hara bhara kebab, thai spring roll which was good. the curd rice was disastrous we also had a shocking experience regarding breakfast..we called for ordering breakfast on day one, wherein they said that if we come down to the restaurant it will be complimentary, so we went down.. but on the day of checkout we were shocked to see that they had charged buffet breakfast charges in the bill😡 this is not at all acceptable as the breakfast menu was same all days..if we were aware we would go next door and had different varieties in breakfast

This was my first time staying at the cross roads inn. Any trepidation i had was soon blown away. Their restaurant has great food ( it is pure veg, but they allow non veg food if you wish to order some, the staff and management are friendly, courteous and helpful. I had booked a deluxe room which got upgraded without any charges due to its unavailability. The room was big and clean, had a couple of single beds, a three seater couch and a smaller couch. I didn't use the ac. Washrooms were clean and well ventilated. They had all basic amenities that i needed. Absolutely no complaints, i cannot recommend this place enough! i'll happily stay here anytime i visit bangalore again. The place is easily found as well, use maps if absolutely necessary and it'll drop you off right at the front door. I haven't written anything about the price as gauging their price depends on you. To summarise - go for this place without hesitation.

The hotel is in a decent locality with reataurants nearby. It also has a good veg only restaurant. Rooms are neat and clean. Ac was not working but i did-not need it at this time. Overall decent value for money.

They serve eggs at breakfast though very spacious rooms with neat and clean well maintained premises helpful staff a bit difficult at times to get an auto even uber they don't have parking so you have to rely on the streets safety

Room was decent but the staff were very rude and discourteous. On request for a bottle water which was not initially provided in the room, they demanded additional payment and even refused to provide wi-fi details. Only after i demanded it, did they provide it to me.

Overall it was a good stay. There was an issue with the ac however that was easily fixed. Thanks for the prompt action. The hotel also has a fully vegetarian restaurant, so we ordered food which was very convenient. It was so late when i reached the hotel from the airport however they still gave us hot dinner. It felt so good
