It was the worst experience ever. No hospitality from the reception, no one even smiles, if i am outside and come back in, the guy receptionist acts like im so intruder or terrorist and then re checks your identification. It was horrible.

Stay was uncomfortable due to frequent power cuts and switching over to back up power. Almost every 1-2 hours in the night, all lights in my room would go on, disturbing my sleep. Many who attended training sessions at the hotel along with me, got food poisoning. So I won't recommend the buffet food here. Other amenities are decent, staff is polite, location is near airport. Due to several construction activities nearby, there is noise and air pollution outside, so it wasn't the idyllic experience I was expecting while taking a walk on the lawns.

Had one day stay in the weekend. Was okay. Property has regular weddings and corporate events over the weekend so the crowd will be different from regular hotels. Otherwise the stay was okay and no complaints.

Please dont choose this hotel for stay,its a 2 star hotel charging you for 4 star…their electricity goes every 10 minutes and when you are sleeping lights and tv automatically starts when the electricity comes back it was very annoying that you cant sleep…their was lizard in the balcony, their Ac trips and compressor doesnt get start for an hour,their refrigerator doesn’t work and after ample of complaints they didnt changed the refrigerator,they have ants in their room…and tasteless food they serve…so choose your stay wisely and beware of poor hotel

Goldfinch retreat is more of a business hotel and not apt for family. The infrastructure is not that great but some of the plus are: polite staff, spacious bedrooms, good breakfast. We requested them to allow us the check out till 2 as we had an ailing child. They were adamant to charge us rs. 3000 if we exceed the check out time, however, they let us keep our luggage in the cloak room. However, it is at a good distance from airport. In case you are looking to stay near airport, there are other better options. Where can i see my discount?
