A Disappointing Stay from Start to Finish ​My stay at this hotel was a truly frustrating experience. The check-in process was a mess; the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, leaving me to wait for an unreasonable amount of time. When I finally got to my room, I was shocked by how small it was—cramped and not at all what was advertised. ​To make matters worse, the service was consistently poor throughout my stay. I was bugged 7 times during my stay (once during breakfast) checking time and again on the time that I had arrived...... The one thing I was looking forward to, the swimming pool, was not open even by 8 am, which was a huge disappointment. ​Overall, the entire experience was a letdown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

Ambience of the hotel was very good. Clean and spacious rooms. Food was very nice. Value for money.

The owner/manager of the hotel does not respect his staff, and that reflects on their services. Unhealthy environment, non-welcoming staff, and very very small room as per the cost they take.

It was not a value for money option. The room had smell of cigarette and liquor when we entered, but later it got reduced. There is no breakfast option here if you didn't opt for it at booking time. There was no morning board and mini fridge as mentioned in the room amenities.

Stay was comfortable and service was exceptional. I had wonderful experience at the inn, they even changed my room since my AC was not working fine. Overall, a decent place to stay.

stay at kR Inn was excellent as it is located adjacent to Tirupati, B'luru highway, with a lake opp. to the hotel giving a very pleasant stay...desk level staff were very courteous in extending prompt services, as per requirement. Rooms are neatly maintained, with required amenities. thanks to the admn. staff for maintaining a higene environment restaurant cum bar was advantageous with good recipe in iteams served. thanks for such a lovely and pleasant stay offered by kR Inn

It was a stay during business tour so got limited time to explore amenities, however it was a value for money deal.

The property is located right next to NH which makes it available in prime location. While all the staffs were very helpful, this place still stands at average stay. It’s clear that management is Mr interested in proper maintenance of key activities. The Ac was operational just to say and was making lot of noise. The flush was not working properly and we had to pour water using bucket. The food was price high and was not up to the mark. Over all average l. Good part Zomato was available

Single executive room price it's too high & not comfortable room

Average property washrooms are not working properly i stayed in one room where the jet was leaking and shifted to another room upon the request but the door of the washroom was locked basically the lock was broken, food is good so the suggestion was to check the room first before.

Hotel is good and was perfect for my location. But cleanliness is major issue in the hotel. When i did check in the toilet was smelling, curtain in bathroom very dirty, cup and saucer was dirty. I was there for 4 nights stay. They don't do everyday cleaning.

Food is nice. Rooms are not upto the expectation. No key for the room. Everytime they open the room with master key. Bad experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, especially considering the price charged. The receptionist was unprofessional, and the customer service was lacking. There were no room attendants, and the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. Maintenance was virtually nonexistent.

I stayed in the hotel for business trip. Hotel cleanliness is okay. However i found that the cup and sozer were not washed in my room after the previous guest left. Room service is good. The location is nice. Calm and peaceful. Breakfast is good and tasty. However after 9 am, staff do not pay attention to refill the empty trays, you need to ask them. It's a budget friendly average stay.

Old room not clean bedsheets were dirty not recommend someone to book such rooms ac was not working at all

I stayed with my children. Room booked in my name and i given my id for verification but receptionist asked id of my children also. Luckily i had one child id. Though the standard check in time is 11a. M i came to hotel only after 10p. M. I want to stay till 6 in the evening. I requested to allow checkout at 6. But receptionist told that as i booked through mm t it will be allowed by paying appropriate rent. If i booked the same directly by visiting hotel it will be allowed without extra money. So i decided not to book my trips through mm t
