Location is very good as my expectations, food are not good, amenities except bathroom are good, bathroom is an average, service is average

They provided a complimentary 1-litre water bottle upon check-in. Guests had to pay extra for additional drinking water. Notably, there was no RO facility available. The bedroom window's curtains didn't provide complete opacity, and the hall lacked proper ventilation. Furthermore, there were no provisions for drying clothes, such as a cloth hanging rope or a drying stand. Bathroom bucket was slightly small. The beds are spring beds and not comfortable at all. Otherwise the staff are so cooperative.

When booking i was shown a balcony room with two toilets. But when i went there i was given a room with single toilet and service area and they said this is balcony. The room service was not good, no water bottles in the room, bed was not comfortable, it was bumpy and the kettle in the room was stinking. No restaurant at the place or dedicated parking. No tea, coffee. Room was neat and clean
