The beds are spring beds and not comfortable at all. Otherwise the staff are so cooperative.

When booking i was shown a balcony room with two toilets. But when i went there i was given a room with single toilet and service area and they said this is balcony. The room service was not good, no water bottles in the room, bed was not comfortable, it was bumpy and the kettle in the room was stinking. No restaurant at the place or dedicated parking. No tea, coffee. Room was neat and clean

Hotel is near to Manipal hospital. Staffs and receptionist are well behaved
