I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the fairfield marriott, and i must say it was nothing short of a complete disappointment. From start to finish, my stay was riddled with issues that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. First and foremost, the condition of the room was abysmal. Upon entering, i was greeted by a swarm of mosquitoes that seemed to have made themselves at home. It was incredibly unsettling and made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The presence of mosquitoes indicates a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Adding insult to injury, the towels provided in the room were far from clean. They had stains and an unpleasant odor, making it clear that they had not been properly washed or replaced. This lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's standards of cleanliness. Furthermore, i was appalled to discover that the hotel did not provide any toiletries as part of their standard amenities. This is a basic expectation when staying at any decent hotel. When i inquired about this at the front desk, i was informed that toiletries were available upon request. However, this inconvenience and lack of preparedness on their part was both frustrating and indicative of a lack of consideration for their guests' comfort. Overall, my experience at fairfield marriott was far from satisfactory. The presence of mosquitoes, unclean towels, and the absence of basic toiletries left me thoroughly disappointed. It is clear that the hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and guest service. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment if you value a pleasant and comfortable experience.
