Hotel Prince Palace

My stay was extremely disappointing. The room was in a very bad condition—there were insects inside, dust everywhere, and overall cleanliness was completely missing. The washroom was also not maintained properly. Despite informing, the staff didn’t respond properly and the service was very poor. For the price they charge, the quality of the room and service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I hope the management seriously improves the hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service

The hotel is decent. The location is great. The rooms are good. The staff were really helpful.

Property located in prime location. Staff was cooperative. Lack of restaurant in the Hotel was the only drawback. Otherwise, overall a pleasant experience.

GOOD SERVICE OF HOTEL AND IMMEDITALY RECTIFY THE ISSUE IN MY ROOM OF SERVICE

It was nice experience staying in hotel prince palace. The food and facilities was Good.

Booked an executive room but it does not look like an executive room, full of cockroaches, room not cleaned. In tariff breakfast included but breakfast not served. It's only 1 or 2 rating hotel.

Bed sheet and blanket were dirty. It seems the cleaning was not done for many months. Bathroom/toilet was not clean. The mirror inside bathroom is rusted and we cannot see our face properly. Cleanliness has to improve a lot.

The room and bathroom was too bad. The airconditioner was not working and we made big mistake selecting this hotel seeing images only. Just terrible experience.

There is no proper parking space. Bathroom was smelly. There is a bad odour in the room. Bed sheets and pillow cover are not clean and some oily smear. The bathroom towels are having some discoloration and old stain patches.

Property - good food - don't know (not taken) amenities - poor. Services - don't know (not used) overall - average.

Good for cleanliness. Food is also good north indian. No any rush or noise. Peace maintained. Nice hotel

We booked rooom for 4 persons. But hotel manager gives 2 persons room and said. You adjust accordimgly. Or give extra money for room change. We paid more money! rooms are old.

I stayed here for a night, and the room was clean and comfortable. Towels were missing, but on requesting they provided it quickly. Had to speak to them for breakfast as they usually don't provide it, but you inform them before hand, they can arrange it.

We came there from yaswanthpura, just to fresh up comfortable there. Neat& clean. Now we left to art of living ashram& come back in the evening.

Good hospitality by the receptionist. Good for a night’s stay. Compact rooms.

Staff are very loyal & co-operative. Services are excellent. I feeling relaxed during my tenure. Its very good experience i have ever seen
