My stay at Citrus Classic was very pleasant. It is a great accommodation for business travellers because of the location. Had a great overall experience. Good, but with minor niggles
Pros: Excellent location and great service for the price. Service staff is available and polite. Rooms are clean, and everything is well-maintained Good buffet spreads for all 3 meals, including live counters Rooftop restaurant is quite nice Cons: No exhaust in bathrooms, and they get uncomfortable. Windows in rooms don't open either, so it can get suffocating over long periods. No elevator to the rooftop restaurant. Gym is tiny, poorly equipped, and unventilated in the basement. Limited a-la-carte menu, and very slow service for this, so forced to go for buffet. Buffet costs ~900 (with taxes), which is a bit pricey Complimentary hi-tea isn't provided, even though the MMT booking says so

I stayed at citrus classic Bangalore for a day. Even though it was a short stay, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was warm,professional and very helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a great variety. Overall had a lovely stay

Comfortable stay
It was a two nights stay at the hotel. The hotel is located on the ORR itself and the approach is very convenient. The hotel has a small gym and Spa, which we didn't use. They do not have a pool. The rooms have all the amenities such as electric kettle, iron, toiletries etc. The staff at the hotel are super pleasant and assist you with a smile. Our room was upgraded on arrival. We had breakfast at the hotel and there were decent amount of choices and food was tasty. We requested the hotel for a late checkout and they allowed us one and half hours beyond our checkout time which worked for us. Checkout was also smooth as we had booked through MMT.

Great, but can still do better
No issues with the stay. Excellent location, great service, great food. The breakfast spread was nice. A-la-carte was reasonably priced, but fine for a 4-star hotel. A few things they can still improve: 1. Improve room assignment. I was staying by myself, but they gave me a room with two small beds instead of one large. 2. The gym was tiny. 3. Washrooms in the room didn't have a working exhaust. It wasn't bad, but can get quite damp if multiple people have to use. 4. Restaurant didn't have an accessible washbasin; going into the washrooms to wash hands wasn't nice. 5. The bed linen and towels aren't the best quality. They were clean, but just not premium material.

Very rude front desk staff Meraj, over smart person, putting blame on customer instead of acknowledging their fault, wrongly billing customers, limited breakfast menu, overconfident staff, pls avoid this place
