The location was so calm and clean area, breakfast also so good, but the thing is that we have not get any early checkin and late checkout guarantee as mentioned while booking on MMT app, the hotel people was not good as we expected , and they are not aware of MMT early checkin and late checkout, they have told us that they can only provide this things as per the hotel policy not as per MMT 🙁

Not so good rooms
soloIt is mentioned as 4 star hotel on google search, but it is not even 3 star level. Rooms are just basic and mediocre. Found it hard to locate it on the street and had to call the front desk for directions. Not value for money. Only advantage is location

Good budget school.
The hotel is a bit difficult to find and looks more like a hostel. The room we got was big and had a kitchen and 2 cupboards. It was neat and clean. Bathroom was good but toilet was looking old. I feel hotel should change it. The room had a king size bed and all their rooms have only king size bed so in case you are 2 people you will have to adjust. I feel there should be option available for 2 beds. The service was good in our short stay. The breakfast was good considering the hotel and what they charge. Multiple items plus live dosa counter. They also helped us for a extra hour when we came back in evening after checkout to get fresh and change. Overall a good experience and will stay here again.

businessThe hotel is lovely, staff is good but the managenent needs to look at premium rooms which they charge to ensure fridge is working in rm no 109 & 110, also 109 needs switch next to bed for recharging & 110 in verandah you need to install switch for operating fan or laptop, etc

Nice comfortable stay
soloShort sweet stay. Neat rooms. Welcoming and friendly. They will go that extra mile to delight you. I had to take an early flight and they had a small breakfast served in my room before the breakfast time

Comfortable but needs upgrade

Befor I hv already stayed for many a times while this property is liked on Oyo. Only thing is bed quality is not good in this property .

Food and room service is not good did not change bed sheets towels and need to ask for soap and brush

A clean and comfortable hotel to stay in
Over all the hotel was good clean and comfortable. The only thing is its an old property so need some coloring and please have hair dryer

Budget friendly
A good place and the staff are very good. Breakfast is also very nice and they serve variety. I asked for 1-2hrs more for check out they accepted

Good apartment in a quiet street
businessThe stay was good. Room was clean. I had to check in late around 6 pm and they allowed me to checkout late as well. Walkable distance to church street and commercial street. There is no view out of the window though.
