Worst staff, specially reception
Worst experience with staff. They didn't even return my laundry clothes while checkout as they could not work with their housekeeping services

good and cozy stay
I recently had the opportunity to stay at this property, and my overall experience was truly pleasant. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, efficient service, and attention to detail. Everything from the property’s design to the quality of amenities reflected the team’s commitment to making the guest experience comfortable and memorable. The property itself is very well maintained and gives an immediate impression of cleanliness, order, and care. The interiors are tastefully designed, blending modern touches with a welcoming atmosphere. Common areas such as the lobby, lounge, and dining spaces were always spotless and inviting. The staff ensured that everything was in place, and I could see that cleanliness and hygiene were a top priority. This gave me confidence and comfort right from the beginning of my stay. Poor Stay
Which are coming from London? Which I prefer to stay in this hotel in two days. Fortunately. My colleagues has booked a hotel 13th night by 11 o’clock. They want to check in this hotel. The hotel manager, Jagan he is not allowed them to inside to stay. They told them the way he talk to make my trip. And resolve the problem, so that’s the reason he’s not allowed me to inside my colleagues. So. The way of managers receiving the night shift managers, please kindly tell them to don’t repeat them with customers next time. Thank you.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service and Breakfast
We stayed here during the AWS Summit in Bangalore and had a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, the service was prompt, and the morning breakfast was nice with a good variety. Would definitely recommend for business stays.

hotel stay was good and there is 24 food open for ordering, rooms are very clean and staff was very polite and friendly. I had stayed for 4 days it was very happy. remaining amenities I have used a lot but lot of things available to do in hotel... it was a buffet breakfast with number of options to try and was delicious....

Best choice of stay
Very friendly staff. New and well-maintained property. Restaurant food was awesome for both breakfast and dinner buffet. Service is also impeccable. House keeping have done their job perfectly in maintaining the rooms clean every day. Restaurant staff makes you feel at home and the food tasted very homely. Excellent choice of stay in this area.

Excellent stay experience
Grand continent hotel is an excellent place to stay in the brookfield / whitefield area. Easily accessible from the main road with nearby public transport options and easy availability of cabs. All the hotel staff are really helpful and always smiling. Well maintained rooms and common areas. It has ample car parking as well. This is my second time staying here and i always felt at home while i stay here. Good choice for a long stay. Food at the in-house restaurant is also awesome. Both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet had lots of excellent food choices and all the food items are very tasty. It just feel like homemade food. Chef is kind enough to accommodate any special food requests and always takes the feedback from the guests. Restaurant staff is also very helpful and always smiling. Overall it is really a great experience to stay here. Really appreciate all the staff at the hotel who are always ready to help. It makes a great stay experience.
