Front desk service was bad and didn’t provide luggage support or even bothered about our stay. They wanted us to check out on time and kept calling from morning.

Poor Stay
felt like I spent 2 night in 2-3 star local type hotel. There was so much noise through nights from corridors, ppl were listening to insta video ls at full volume keeping their room doors open. I had to complain multiple times at reception to take care of it.

Nice stay
It's a very nice hotel. The breakfast spread is very good. Very good choice for corporate and family. Around 100m away from the main road and hence no sound pollution. The bathrooms are very clean.

I had a fantastic time at the Lemon Tree Suite! The room was spacious and comfy, and the service was great. The front desk staff were super helpful and made our stay really easy

Terrible Stay
The check in was delayed and at check out there was no printer working foe which I had to wait for too long, still couldn't get the bill, it was sent over WhatsApp later. The WiFi didn't work for 7-8 hours. Lemon Tree is a substandard chain of hotels

Excellent Stay
No covered parking in such a big hotel is a big negative thing. There is only one lift for fourteen floors which is moving very slowly. People have to wait for a minimum of 5 mins and catch the lift. Room was neat and clean.

One of the best hotel for couple and family Especially buffet was very good. But car parking available only outside.

Customer Records are not updated rightly & bill not provided
I booked an Superior room while I booked the hotel but yeah I wanted to upgrade to Executive suite which came with extra cost, I was okay with it & I got my room upgraded successfully. Thank you for that. But next day when we approached for breakfast, where staff looks for room number, where surprisingly our name was not listed in upgraded room (507). When checked thoroughly my name was listed for Room # 1201. So your records were not clean. Plus, they also claim that there was no one checked-in in room # 507. Please note the list that was being referred was as on 7 am IST (16-Aug). I got seriously offended with the way your records were maintained. Mostly importantly I asked for the bill while checking out. They said the printer is not working & they would send it to my email & ph (these details I had provided during the exit). Trust me I haven’t received the bill yet.

Very good experience
Room is good and spacious. Beds, bathroom are well maintained. AC could have been better, nevertheless, stay is good. Had lunch and breakfast at the hotel, options are good and breakfast buffet had all varieties.
