Very bad room service, room size very small. It is completely different from the photos online and it is only 2 star hotel.

Food was not available neither in dinner time nor breakfast time. Rooms are also so so.

Service is very poor, breakfast not up to mark it's limited options, location ok ok, mentioned TV and all not accessible or not rechargeable. It's poor management services overall.

The location of the property is good however, the food is not upto the mark . and amenities nd services is slo very poor. i ahve to wake up early and sccordingly i requested the reception to give me wske up cll sround 5.00 am which the receiption sgreed. however, there is no reminder and when i asked bout that there was no response at all. there was no soaps in the wash room svsilsble. also in the morn ing there was no te coffee avilble till 8.00 am

The hotel was quite nice. The rooms need little maintainence.However, the staff's demeanor left something to be desired. Interactions often felt curt, and there was a lack of warmth in their responses. It felt as though our online booking might have influenced the level of service we received, which was disappointing. Despite the hotel's physical attributes, the staff's attitude detracted from the experience. While the upkeep of the property was okayishh !

I have stayed for 2 days. There is no proper service. There is no proper cleaning, even they didn't provide foot mat at washroom. Poor response against service requests. Not the worth of money paid.
