Simply put, this hotel is past its prime and struggling with upkeep. The lack of professionals is evident, and the trainees, while learning, aren't meeting expected service standards. Basic hygiene is lacking.
Don't be surprised with Foul smell in the room, cockroach in bathroom, unlit wardrobe, and frequent powercuts, all these shall be part of the package.
Kitchen service offers limited choices, often resulting in unwanted meals and regrettable expenses.
Search for other options, I am sure you will find better properties in this budget.
