High level of noise, can’t sleep
Property cleanliness is top notch and this property will be best in town if located in any other location. It’s located next to Hosur highway and no sound proof walls are windows have been fixed. We felt like sleeping next to the open busiest road. Paid for stay awake for whole night due to high level of vehicle moment noise, another issue is the hotel need to improve hot water facilities in bath rooms.

Excellent Stay
Excellent stay very neet and clean room breakfast also very good staff is very polite and helpful . Very near to metro station.this is my 4th stay in 2 month

Excellent Stay
Hotel location good, near Metro. V decided to walk to the hotel but were asked to wait till 11 am. Early check-in shd b entertained by then on nominal charges if any. Overall good stay but felt an obvious cutting corners or economising since no soap, single towel, single dental kit, which did not affect us as we carry our own soap n dental kit. Housekeeping service good. But the efficient boys shd speak Hindi or English too to make communication easier.

TGI by southend due to its location works well for me . However i would like to make a note that the breakfast quality has reduced hence four rating

As per brand not maintained. Very Poor
Bathroom fittings too old feel like antique no maintenance and Room telephone cod is not proper. Unsatisfied

My room no.503 had no TV .The telephone was also not in working condition. No rectification was undertaken inspite of complaint.

Breakfast spread was good..the dining hall was neat n staff there was also helpful...rooms were smaller than expected....fotos were deceiving...but otherwise its a decent place to stay ....
