Simply put, this hotel is past its prime and struggling with upkeep. The lack of professionals is evident, and the trainees, while learning, aren't meeting expected service standards. Basic hygiene is lacking. Don't be surprised with Foul smell in the room, cockroach in bathroom, unlit wardrobe, and frequent powercuts, all these shall be part of the package. Kitchen service offers limited choices, often resulting in unwanted meals and regrettable expenses. Search for other options, I am sure you will find better properties in this budget.

Hi , I had an extremely comfortable stay at Southend by TGI. The Location was centralized for my Trip at Bangalore. The quality of food was Good & Amenities...... Specially the staff at Reception Rumpa & Resturant staff Priyanka take really good care of the Guests at the Hotel. I would give a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating for the Hygiene & Cleanliness maintained by the Housekeeping Staff.

Ya it was wonderful experience in staying at Southend hotel, staff are extremely cooperative, only my suggestion is need variety in breakfast especially in fruits they are providing same type of fruit daily asked for variety not getting, otherwise all is well, thanks, hope this will change at next time when I am visiting again.

The staff of the hotel is not at all hospitable. The hotel charged 1000/- extra for an iron stain on bedsheet. The defective iron was provided by the hotel itself, and they do not have any iron boards even for suite rooms. The suite room window remains open due to missing locking handle, and you can keep hearing traffic noises and people talking outside. There are mosquitoes inside the room all the time and at night without the mosquito repellent device forget about sound sleep.
