business1-2 small insects (light brown cockroach) may visit at night, 2 of them visited me, i put them on newspaper & threw them out, hotel is on the road and above restaurant. Staff will provide soap, toothpaste only if you ask rest ok

Bad service although the food was good. Room was spacious but basic amenities were missing and staff to some extent were rude too.
Service was very bad. Every time I ordered food, they did not give spoon and when asked for it, they had some lame excuses. Second day of my stay there was no towel and I was asked to wait for 30 mins to get the towel upon forcing them, they gave me a torn towel. No tea bags placed on day two.

2 Star Hotel. Acts as a 5 Star Hotel. No Hot water after 10am. Bad Mattress. Inconsiderate Staff. They are a 24 hr Check In Hotel. But if you book on MakemyTrip they will stick to 12PM Check In, without any flexibility. Best Avoided.
