Room & other area neat & clean. Only room key system was not working. Location is very good. Direct access to the mall. Food was excellent

They charged extra 150 rupees for an empty plate I asked to my room. This is unacceptable.

Food is excellent and service by staff is prompt. Had a pleasant stay. Location of the property offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere for leisure travel. Although it’s a budget hotel, in room dining hours and menu timings should be increases to cover the guests arriving late during the day.

I had bad experience this time with hotel. I chose my stay as standard room with queen bed option, but hotel staff refuse to offer the same. I heard from hotel staff that they didn't receive queen bed confirmation from MMT. It was so shocking for me. MMT need to work on this.
